You don’t need to be ashamed for co-sleeping with your child. It’s not strange. It’s quite natural and healthy — for you and your child. Here are three reasons for the choice of co-sleeping with zero regrets.

Co-sleeping…

  1. helps children thrive on being the best they can be.
  2. gives children the self-efficacy to venture out into the unknown.
  3. can improve a child’s spirit and make it strong.

As far as my husband and I are concerned, at night, we still keep our ten-month-old baby close to us and sleep in one room together. For us, room-sharing comes naturally. We’re just listening to our inner ‘mummy and daddy GPS.’
