Do You Also Suffer From Re-Entry Anxiety?

  • 1 min read

It’s real

It’s a new word I learned recently and according to the Cambridge Dictionary it means:

a feeling of stress or worry about returning to normal life after the restrictions caused by COVID-19

Every one of us is reacclimating to the ‘normal life’ differently.

While some of my friends are reluctant to meet their colleagues for a cup of coffee at the cafeteria again, others feel anxiety about the idea of returning back to the office.

They feel stressed and would rather love to continue working from home by themselves.

Indeed, working remotely has a lot of benefits. For instance, my husband and I could both stay home and spend more family time together instead of commuting.

Do you experience re-entry anxiety or do you enjoy being at the office?
