Night Owl or Early Bird — Which Tribe Do You Belong To?

  • 1 min read

Genius happens when the world sleeps vs wake up early, seize the day!

Something I’ve noticed — and maybe you’ve felt this too — is that we’re not equally creative all day long.

I used to be this early morning girl, 5 AM early, burning the midnight oil.

I brew this ginormous pot of coffee that could probably wake up the neighborhood, and I dive into whatever project I’m excited about.

There’s something magical about those early hours. The world is quiet, and it’s just you and your thoughts.

But now with a toddler and a baby in the house?

I’m a total night owl. Genius happens when the world sleeps, right?

Guess what?

I’ve found that those couple of focused hours in the evening — or whenever you’re at your creative peak — are way more productive than trying to squeeze in an hour here and there during the rest of the day.

Are you a night owl or an early bird? When’s your creative peak?
