Utility x Inspiration x Empathy = Quality Content

Ann is a Wall Street Journal bestseller author. I love her book “Everybody Writes”.

According to Ann, quality content needs to have:

1 — Utility

Your article helps people.

2 — Inspiration

Inspiration comes from what moves you, whether it’s data or a podcast that inspired you to write an article.

It’s super important that your text sounds like it could only come from you.

3 — Empathy

Empathy means focusing on your readers, making your content all about them and how your product or service can help them.
